David J. Schilling, M.S. is a national instructor and public-safety educator who retired from the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office in 2025. His background includes work as a correctional officer, Security Threat Group specialist, gang instructor, and intelligence-focused trainer serving law enforcement, corrections, analysts, court staff, and related audiences.
